But we are responsible to our clients and candidate to deliver best long-term recruitment solution. As boutique owner operated recruitment agency with a flat fee structure is our key strength.

Irrespective of the condition of job market, we choose a candidate with the right attitude and an aptitude to learn quickly, not just someone looks great on paper. 100 % transparent rate structure

We disclose our margin to candidate and employer. We are 100% transparent in entire employment process (from role submission, interview, offer, joining, and annual rate negotiation).

We have open and transparent fee structure. Along with role submission we always share two figures to our candidate and customer. What per hour candidate gets and what is cost to client.

Most recruitment agency in market train their people to negotiate up the client rate and negotiate down the contractor rate, therefore, maximising fee margin at the expense of prospective candidate and employer. We don’t believe this is right.

So we’re 100% up front with our employer and work based on disclosed flat fee structure.
